Henry Harford graduated from Oxford University in 1985 and joined Travers Smith Braithwaite in London where he worked as a solicitor before joining Maples and Calder in 1991. He became a partner in 1996 and is currently head of the firm’s corporate department. Henry has extensive experience of offshore transactions; specialising in mutual funds, private equity, alternative investment vehicles, joint ventures, limited and general partnerships and all aspects of corporate law. He is also a director of Maples Finance Limited, a licensed trust company and mutual fund administrator in the Cayman Islands, which provide a range of services to numerous mutual funds and other investment structures.
